Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium Brightening Cream — 50g
Shirojyun is Hada Labo's brightening line, and the Premium formulation is the most concentrated version of it. Where the Gokujyun range concentrates purely on hydration, this one adds arbutin and a stable vitamin C derivative, working on the look of dark spots and uneven tone left behind by sun exposure and old blemishes.
It's still unmistakably Hada Labo, though. The texture is light for a cream, sinking in quickly without tackiness, and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid mean skin stays properly hydrated rather than dried out — a common complaint with brightening products elsewhere. Fragrance-free, colourant-free and mineral oil-free, as the whole range is.
Results here are gradual rather than dramatic. Used consistently, morning and night, skin looks clearer and more even over a matter of weeks.
How to use
After cleansing and your lotion or essence, warm a pearl-sized amount between your fingers and press it gently over the face and neck, paying particular attention to areas of uneven tone. Use morning and evening.
